About the Role:

We are looking for a Management Trainee – B2B Investments to join our growing B2B Investments team. This role is an excellent chance for an MBA graduate in Finance/Marketing who is looking to build a career in financial services, investment products, and channel sales.

The candidate will work closely with the team to understand financial products, develop relationships with channel partners, support business development initiatives, and contribute towards investment growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in identifying and engaging with MFDs, IFAs, brokers, and other financial channel partners.
- Support the team in onboarding and developing new channel partners.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with existing and prospective partners.
- Understand and communicate the company’s investment products and value proposition to channel partners.




- Support business development activities and contribute towards achieving investment targets.
- Assist partners with product understanding, onboarding, documentation, and transaction-related queries.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and understand competitor offerings.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with partners and support them in generating business.
- Develop a strong understanding of financial products, investment concepts, and the B2B distribution ecosystem.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
