Job Description

We are looking for a Site Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in building construction to supervise and coordinate daily site activities and ensure that construction work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and execute day-to-day building construction activities at the site.
- Read and interpret structural and architectural drawings.
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, supervisors, and workers.
- Check the quality of materials and workmanship.
- Take site measurements and assist with quantity calculations and BOQ preparation.
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site records.
- Coordinate with consultants and senior engineers regarding technical issues.
- Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within the planned schedule.




- Identify site issues and provide appropriate technical solutions.
- Ensure proper construction practices and safety procedures are followed.
- Conduct regular inspections and report quality or execution issues.
- Assist in preparing work schedules and project progress reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of building construction and civil engineering practices.
- Ability to read architectural and structural drawings.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of quantity estimation and measurements.
- Good communication and team coordination skills.
- Ability to supervise workers and contractors.
- Strong problem-solving and site-management skills.

Preferred

- 1–2 years of experience in residential/commercial building projects.
- Knowledge of RCC, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
- Willingness to work on-site and manage multiple activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
