Sales Advisor – Job Description

Position: Sales Advisor

Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Assist with billing, stock replenishment, and inventory management.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Promote company offers and loyalty programs.

Requirements:

- Candidates from Northeast India are encouraged to apply.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Previous retail experience is an advantage.
