Customer Success Consultant – Support & Product Sales

About the Role:

Benda Infotech is seeking a passionate and collaborative Customer Success Consultant to support prospective and existing customers. You will help customers understand our products and services, guide them through each step of the process, and ensure they receive a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities

- Communicate with customers in clear and skilled English.
- Explain Benda Infotech’s products, services, and advantages.
- Answer questions and provide step-by-step guidance.
- Respond to incoming leads and identify interested customers.
- Follow up with prospective customers by phone and email.
- Guide customers through payments, requirements, deadlines, and next steps.
- Connect with potential customers through LinkedIn.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Communicate with supervisors and complete assigned tasks on time.

Qualifications

- Robust spoken English and clear communication skills are required.
- Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone.




- Basic written English for professional emails and messages.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to learn about products, services and explain them simply.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn an advantage.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills may apply.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹288,000.00 per year
