Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Trivandrum. The ideal candidate will have solid hands-on knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll management within a facility management or services-based organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
- Handle ESI and EPF compliance, registrations, filings, and remittances
- Coordinate with government departments for statutory audits and inspections
- Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel files
- Support grievance handling and employee engagement activities
Requirements:
- Prior experience in an HR Executive role, preferably in facility management/housekeeping/manpower services industry
- Strong working knowledge of ESI and EPF processes (core requirement)
- Experience in payroll processing will be an added advantage
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / HR software
