Outline:

We are looking for an experienced Design Engineer to join our innovative & growing company. You’ll be a member of our engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using Autocad, CATIA 3D Modelling with strong attention to detail and a creative flair. Our Company is engaged in manufacturing of retail displays, shop fittings / fixtures & furniture.

Job Description

- Sketch concepts or create renderings, which are images on paper or on a computer that provide a visual of design ideas.
- Create physical prototypes of their designs and examine materials /manufacturing requirements/ process to determine production challenges.
- Designers must understand how products are engineered to ensure designs meet the industry’s design & safety standards.
- Designers must be cutting-edge in their designs and the ways in which they integrate existing technologies into their new product.
- Create production drawings,



product assembly on CATIA and generate 3D drawings and BOM with relevant hardware fittings
- Preparing detailed drawing for production
- Preparing Nesting Plans / Cutting List for production
- Work with other specialists, such as production engineers and all other stakeholders, to evaluate whether their design concepts will fulfill the needs at a reasonable cost.

Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate degree or equivalent level in Design or Related Fields
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer in sheet metal industry
- Mandatory – Knowledge in CATIA/Solidworks - Sheet metal design
- Knowledge in 2D drafting & 3D modelling and Rendering
- Valuable Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
