Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Executives to join our team in Noida. The candidate will be responsible for handling backend processes, data management, documentation, and day-to-day operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day back-office operations and process-related activities.
- Enter, update, and maintain data accurately in internal systems.
- Verify and process documents/information as per defined guidelines.
- Maintain records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth process execution.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, quality standards, and timelines.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of customer/process information.
- Escalate discrepancies or issues to the reporting manager.

Qualification

- Graduation in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.




- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Excel will be an advantage.

Regional Language Requirement

Candidates must be proficient in at least one of the following regional languages:

- Punjabi
- Kannada
- Telugu
- Malayalam
- Tamil

Regional language proficiency is mandatory for this position. Required Skills
