You'll assist in editing podcast episodes and segments from raw footage/audio to final export — learning pacing, sound, captions, and visual polish along the way. A great starting point to learn podcast editing in a real studio environment.

What You'll Do

- Assist in editing podcast episodes and segments end-to-end
- Help with pacing, cuts, transitions, sound design, and captions
- Support hosts and creators in bringing conversations to life visually
- Learn to add basic motion graphics, text animations, and thumbnails
- Organize footage, audio files, and version control
- Stay updated on YouTube/Spotify podcast editing trends and formats

Who We're Looking For

- Basic knowledge of Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Audition
- Eager to learn, punctual, and reliable
- Positive sense of rhythm, pacing,



and storytelling through cuts (even if self-taught)
- Comfortable working with feedback and tight turnarounds
- Own laptop preferred

Nice to Have

- Personal podcast or long-form editing projects you've made
- Basic understanding of audio mixing/mastering
- Interest in trends and long-form storytelling
