Title: Senior Business Development Manager
Years of experience: 6+ years
Location: Okhla, Delhi
Mode Of Work: Field Work / Work From Office

Roles and Responsibilities:
● Build relations and connections with government/ PSU contractors.
● Develop relationships with the Contractors, Consultants community to create a specification of Magneto products and to increase the reach of Magneto Products in Delhi. ● Technical understanding of electrical/mechanical supply in the building construction industry.
● Introducing the company to potential clients through direct communication via telephone/ meeting and emails.
● Generation of New Enquiries & New Customers.
● Develop and maintain relationships with key industry contacts.
● Provide on-going technical expertise, guidance and education to Influencers & Subordinates.
● Provide training to the team to expertise in their respective work.
● Develop sales strategies and techniques based on customer comments and market conditions.
● Complete monthly directives based on management instructions and achieve measurable goals.
● Tracking Enquiries & their status.
● Achieving the tender specific targets.




● Setting Individual Sales targets and mapping the market & competitor.
● Negotiating the deals in order to bring it to the final closure.

Required Key Skills:

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Good presentation skills.
● Must have dealt and linked with Govt./ PSU/ Etc..
● Sound knowledge of the HVAC or air purification industry.
● Good Relations with Consultants, Contractors, Architects, Key Influencers, FMC, PMC, etc.
● Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving ability with a customer focus.
● Must have experience in B2B Sales, and B2C Sales in corporations.
● Operational business acumen, negotiation, conflict resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Industry Background:
● Air Purification / IAQ/ HVAC (AHU/Products/parts sales or any other similar in Aircon industry)
● Electrical Industry.
● Building Construction Industry
● Home Automation
● Engineering Product and Servicing.

Education:
● B.Tech or Diploma(preferred Mechanical)
