We are looking for a responsible and proactive Housekeeping Field Officer to supervise and monitor housekeeping operations at assigned client sites in and around Madurai. The candidate will be responsible for manpower deployment, attendance, site inspections, staff discipline, service quality, client coordination, and resolving day-to-day operational issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor housekeeping staff at assigned client sites.
- Ensure manpower availability and arrange replacements for absenteeism.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspect housekeeping standards.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and staff performance.
- Allocate duties and coordinate shift-wise manpower requirements.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Supervisors and site staff.
- Handle client complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain good client coordination and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and client requirements.
- Conduct staff briefings and basic training whenever required.
- Coordinate with HR and Operations teams for recruitment, onboarding, and deployment.
- Monitor uniforms, ID cards, cleaning materials, and equipment requirements.
- Handle emergency manpower requirements and operational escalations.
- Identify operational issues and take corrective action.




- Submit regular site and operational updates to the management.
- Ensure smooth housekeeping service delivery across assigned sites.

Requirements

- 2 – 6 years of experience in Facility Management / Housekeeping / Hospitality / Manpower Services.
- Experience in handling housekeeping manpower is preferred.
- Minimum 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate.
- Positive communication and team-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of housekeeping operations and facility management.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between client sites in and around Madurai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Ability to handle multiple sites and operational requirements.

Preferred Candidates

Candidates with experience as Housekeeping Supervisor, Facility Supervisor, Facility Executive, Field Officer, or similar roles will be preferred.
