We are looking for skilled Fitters to join our manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembly, alignment and fabrication-related activities as per engineering drawings and production requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform fitting and assembly work as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Read and understand basic mechanical drawings and dimensions.
- Mark, cut, drill, grind and prepare metal components as required.
- Assemble and align mechanical and fabricated components.
- Use hand tools, power tools and fitting equipment safely.
- Check dimensions using Vernier calipers, measuring tape and other measuring tools.
- Assist welders and other production teams during fabrication and assembly.
- Identify fitting,



alignment or dimensional issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.
- Complete assigned production work within the scheduled time.
- Maintain proper housekeeping in the work area.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Required Skills

- Positive practical knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly.
- Ability to read basic engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
- Basic knowledge of drilling, grinding, cutting and fabrication work.
- Ability to use basic measuring instruments.
- Good understanding of dimensions and alignment.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong safety awareness.

Qualification

ITI – Fitter / Mechanical Trade or equivalent technical qualification.
