Purchase Executive – MEP

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Executive with strong experience in MEP procurement, vendor management and material sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle procurement of electrical, fire and MEP materials.
- Identify and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and delivery schedules.
- Prepare and process purchase orders.
- Follow up with vendors for material delivery.
- Coordinate with project, stores, accounts and engineering teams.
- Ensure materials are procured as per required specifications and project timelines.
- Maintain vendor records, quotations, purchase orders and procurement documentation.




- Track pending orders and ensure timely delivery to project sites.
- Support cost control and achieve competitive purchase rates.
- Resolve material quality, quantity and delivery-related issues.

Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience.
- MEP, electrical, fire or construction industry experience preferred.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of electrical/fire/MEP materials.
- Positive communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred: Candidates who have handled project-based MEP procurement will be given priority.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
