Trinity International is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Travel Consultant Intern to join our team. The intern will assist the travel team in planning and coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements while gaining practical experience in the travel and tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers in selecting suitable tour packages and travel options.
- Support the team in preparing customized itineraries and travel plans.
- Assist with flight, hotel, transportation, visa, and sightseeing arrangements.
- Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, tour operators, and other travel service providers.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding destinations, packages, pricing, and inclusions.
- Assist in preparing quotations, invoices,



booking confirmations, and travel documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, bookings, and payments.
- Maintain customer and booking records accurately.
- Support the team with social media promotions, travel package updates, and other marketing activities.
- Stay updated on new destinations, travel products, offers, and industry trends.

Requirements:

- Students or fresh graduates interested in Travel & Tourism are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and online tools.
- Good English communication skills

Pay: From ₹5,000.00 per month
