Part time Tally Operator / Accountant – Bangalore

SCIDECS is looking for an experienced TallyPrime Operator / Accountant for a part-time, short-term assignment at our Bangalore office.

We need someone with good hands-on experience using TallyPrime for day-to-day accounting activities.

Responsibilities:

- Set up and maintain a company in TallyPrime
- Create ledgers, customers, vendors and stock items
- Enter sales and purchase vouchers
- Enter receipts, payments, journals, contra, credit notes and debit notes
- Handle GST and TDS-related entries
- Work with inventory and stock transactions
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliation
- Check outstanding receivables and payables
- Verify Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet
- Enter different types of realistic business transactions for testing purposes
- Work with our team to verify transactions between TallyPrime and Odoo

Requirements:

- Good practical experience with TallyPrime
- Sound knowledge of accounting
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS
- Experience with day-to-day accounting for an Indian business
- Attention to detail and ability to identify incorrect accounting entries




- Knowledge of Odoo Accounting is an advantage, but not required

Pay: ₹9,144.06 - ₹29,905.75 per month
