Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Chartered Accountant to manage and oversee the company’s financial accounting, taxation, compliance, reporting, and financial control functions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accuracy, regulatory compliance, timely reporting, and effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, TDS, ROC, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle GST returns, reconciliations, assessments, notices, and related compliance.
- Manage direct and indirect taxation matters.
- Coordinate with statutory auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide management with meaningful MIS reports.
- Monitor receivables, payables, cash flow, and working capital.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls.
- Review accounting entries and ensure proper documentation and classification.
- Assist management in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure timely closure of books of accounts.
- Identify financial risks and recommend corrective measures.
- Keep the organization updated regarding changes in accounting standards and tax laws.
Required Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in handling audits and tax assessments.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software.
- Strong MIS and financial reporting skills.
- Good understanding of internal controls and financial processes.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Semi-Qualified CA to support the finance and accounts function. The candidate will assist in accounting, GST, taxation, audits,
reconciliations, MIS preparation, and statutory compliance while working closely with the Finance Head/Chartered Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and review day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Assist in preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
- Prepare GST workings, reconciliations, and return-related data.
- Assist with TDS calculations, returns, and reconciliations.
- Support income tax compliance and related documentation.
- Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in statutory, internal, and tax audits.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor accounts receivable and payable.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Verify invoices, expenses, journal entries, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, vendors, and internal departments.
- Maintain proper financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.
- Assist the senior finance team in various financial and accounting projects.
Required Qualifications
- CA Intermediate / CA Final candidate with relevant experience.

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including identification of suitable tenders, document preparation, online submission,
coordination with internal departments, and post-bid follow-up. The candidate should have positive knowledge of government and private tender portals and be capable of working within strict deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government and private tenders.
- Regularly monitor tender portals such as GeM, CPPP, and state government portals.
- Study tender documents, eligibility criteria, technical specifications, commercial terms, and submission requirements.
- Prepare tender documentation as per prescribed formats.
- Coordinate with Finance, Technical, Legal, Sales, and Management teams for required documents.
- Prepare technical and commercial bid documents.
- Arrange EMD, tender fees, performance guarantees, and other required documents.
- Prepare and submit online bids within specified deadlines.
- Ensure all tender documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with tender requirements.
- Maintain a database of submitted, ongoing, awarded, and rejected tenders.
- Track tender results, corrigenda, pre-bid meetings, clarifications, and deadlines.
- Coordinate with clients/departments for tender-related queries and clarifications.
- Assist in preparation of rate/price bids in coordination with the commercial and finance teams.
- Maintain proper records of tender documents and submissions.
- Follow up on purchase orders, work orders, agreements, and performance-related documentation after tender awards.
- Prepare regular tender status reports for management.
- Ensure confidentiality of commercial and company information.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is an advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in tender management/bidding.
- Practical knowledge of GeM, CPPP, and other e-tender portals.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PDF/document management.
- Strong documentation and drafting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline-oriented approach.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with government tenders and GeM.
- Knowledge of EMD, tender fees, PBG, EMD exemption, and bid security requirements.
- Understanding of technical and commercial bid processes.
- Ability to read and interpret tender eligibility and compliance requirements.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
