Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong Mulesoft knowledge, Agile practices, and comprehensive banking domain expertise. The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and engineers in delivering robust, scalable integration solutions that meet our clients' needs. You will be responsible for overseeing the technical and strategic aspects of projects while ensuring adherence to Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Mulesoft developers and engineers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and Agile practices within the team.

2. Project Management:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery of integration solutions.

3. Integration Solutions:

- Oversee the design and implementation of Mulesoft integrations, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
- Work with business analysts to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

4. Agile Practices:





- Drive Agile methodologies and ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Continuously assess team performance and processes, identifying opportunities for enhancement.

5. Banking Domain Expertise:

- Leverage knowledge of banking operations, regulations, and systems to guide project decisions and strategies.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on banking technologies and integrations, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

6. Stakeholder Engagement:

- Maintain explicit communication with clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project progress and challenges.
- Cultivate relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
