Job Description

MYG India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Product Coach to train, guide, and motivate our retail sales teams. The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of consumer electronics, excellent communication skills, and a passion for training and developing people.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular product knowledge and sales training for store staff.
- Train employees on smartphones, laptops, TVs, home appliances, accessories, and other electronics.
- Explain product features, specifications, perks effectively.
- Conduct product demonstrations and practical training sessions.
- Coach sales staff on customer interaction and product recommendation.
- Keep teams updated on new product launches, offers, and market trends.
- Identify knowledge gaps and provide continuous coaching and support.
- Work closely with store teams and management to improve product-wise sales performance.




- Support new employee induction and product orientation programs.

Requirements

- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong knowledge or interest in consumer electronics and technology.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, product training, or coaching is preferred.
- Ability to motivate, train, and work effectively with a team.
- Willingness to travel to MYG stores within the assigned area.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for technology may also apply.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
