- Job Summary

We are looking for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, Flipkart, and other relevant platforms. The ideal candidate should be highly data-driven, results-oriented, and capable of managing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, sales, and overall business growth.

- Key Responsibilities

* Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and other relevant platforms.

* Manage campaign budgets and optimize performance based on ROAS, ROI, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and revenue.

* Develop audience targeting, keyword, bidding, remarketing, and customer acquisition strategies.

* Conduct A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, audiences, products, landing pages, and campaign structures.

* Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization, scaling, and improved profitability.

* Manage and optimize Amazon and Flipkart advertising campaigns to improve product visibility, sales, and advertising efficiency.

* Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research for both paid and organic growth.

* Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, organic traffic, visibility, and conversions.

* Perform on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, content optimization, and SEO audits.

* Optimize website pages, product listings, meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, internal links, and content for search engines.

* Monitor organic performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and relevant SEO tools.

* Work closely with the creative, content, e-commerce,



and sales teams to develop campaigns that support business objectives.

* Track and analyze customer acquisition and conversion funnels to identify growth opportunities.

* Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and actionable recommendations for improving marketing ROI.

* Stay updated with advertising platform changes, algorithm updates, SEO trends, and industry best practices.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, SEO, or a similar role.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Flipkart Ads.

* Strong understanding of paid media, performance marketing, conversion tracking, remarketing, and campaign optimization.

* Good working knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and link building.

* Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Tag Manager.

* Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

* Experience in e-commerce marketing and marketplace advertising will be strongly preferred.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns, budgets, and platforms simultaneously.

* Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.

* Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, or SEO will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹360,000.00 per year
