Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- HR Operations & Employee Documentation
- PF & ESIC Challan Generation / Verification
- HR Administration & Employee Coordination
- Support day-to-day HR activities and manpower requirements

Key Criteria:

✅ MBA / MSW / Bachelor’s in HRM

✅ 2+ years’ experience in a Manufacturing Industry

✅ Solid exposure to Recruitment + HR Operations + Administration

✅ Working knowledge of PF & ESIC

✅ 10th & 12th from English Medium School

✅ Candidates from Por/Vadodara or nearby locations preferred
