Industry: Events & Exhibitions (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate "BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimates and quantity estimations" for events, exhibitions and tender projects.

* Analyse project requirements and prepare detailed material, manpower and execution costings.

* Understand tender documents and prepare cost estimates and BOQs accordingly.

* Coordinate with vendors, procurement, production and project teams for quotations, rates and costing inputs.

* Monitor project costs and support planning and billing activities.

* Maintain updated rate databases and ensure commercial accuracy.

* Strong knowledge of "quantity estimation, cost estimation and tender requirements".

* Experience in the "events & exhibitions industry is preferred".

* Strong negotiation, convincing and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in "Excel and other estimation tools".

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
