Java Technical Lead – ETL / Apache NiFi / Apache Flink
Location: Fully Remote
Work Mode: Remote
Experience: 7–10 Years
Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
We are looking for experienced Java Developers with strong expertise in ETL, Apache NiFi, and Apache Flink, along with proven experience in solution design, data integration, and architecture.
Candidates should have solid technical leadership, excellent client-facing communication skills, experience in resolving complex technical issues, and the ability to mentor and guide engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery for assigned projects/workstreams, including planning, estimation, task allocation, dependencies, risks, and delivery commitments.
- Design scalable solutions and translate complex business requirements into technical implementations.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance across application, data, integration, migration, and reporting areas.
- Lead client-facing technical discussions, workshops, solution reviews, and issue resolution.
- Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex technical, data, integration, and production issues.
- Ensure quality, security, auditability, documentation, and delivery standards are maintained.
- Review code, technical designs, configurations, and test approaches.
- Mentor and guide the engineering team and support delivery planning with PMs, architects, QA, and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for automation, reusable assets, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java, ETL, Apache NiFi, and Apache Flink.
- Strong technical leadership and client-facing communication skills.
- Experience in solution design, data/integration architecture, troubleshooting, and team mentoring.
- Ability to work independently and drive delivery in a client-facing environment.
