- Patient Assessment & Monitoring: Conducting physical exams, checking vitals (blood pressure, pulse, temperature), observing symptoms, and recognizing changes in health status early.
- Medication and Treatment Administration: Administering medications, managing IV lines, providing wound care, and performing technical procedures like catheterization.
- Care Planning and Implementation: Creating, implementing, and evaluating personalized patient care plans, often in collaboration with doctors.
- Patient Safety & Advocacy: Ensuring a secure environment, preventing infections, following safety protocols, and acting as a patient advocate to protect their interests.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, detailed records of patient history, treatment progress, and clinical updates

· Education & Counselling: Educating patients and their families on diagnoses, medications, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.

· Communication & Collaboration: Coordinating care with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, specialists, and support staff.

Diagnostic Support: Collecting lab specimens (blood, urine) and operating medical equipment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
