Lead end-to-end product compliance and regulatory compliance across global markets.

Ensure products meet applicable regulations and safety standards before commercialization.

Manage compliance documentation, declarations, technical files, manuals and certifications.

Manage certifications including UL/ETL, cETL, CSA, CE, UKCA, SAA, RCM and EESS.

Ensure compliance with energy and environmental regulations such as US DOE, NRCan, CEC and EU EcoDesign.

Oversee compliance requirements across Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Wayfair, Best Buy and other eCommerce marketplaces.

Prevent product listing suppressions, delistings and marketplace compliance violations.

Monitor regulatory changes and implement required changes within the organization.

Conduct compliance audits,



risk assessments and gap analysis and recommend corrective actions.

Partner with Product Development, QA, Engineering, Supply Chain, Legal, Sourcing and Ecommerce teams.

Build processes to reduce compliance risks and support faster product launches.

Ensure uninterrupted marketplace operations and minimize regulatory/commercial risks.

Support compliance requirements for products sold across US, Canada, UK, Europe and Australia.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
