*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports related to Shipments, Deliveries, Inventory & Fleet.

2. Track and maintain data for First Mile, Last Mile, RTO, POD, Delivery Performance (On-time delivery).

3. Maintain and update data for Dispatch, In-transit, Delivered, Pending, Cancelled orders.

4. Create dashboards for operational KPI's - TAT, Delivery Success %, Rider Performance, Vehicle Utilization.

5. Reconcile courier/logistics data, COD remittance, and vendor payments.

6. Handle large datasets using Advanced Excel - VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Table, SUMIFS, Charts, Conditional Formatting.

7. Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Transport & Customer Support team for data collection.

8. Analyze root cause for delivery failures, delays, and share reports to management.

9. Automate daily reports and maintain accurate database.

10. Generate reports on Warehouse Stock, Inventory Movement, GRN, Dispatch.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
