Job Title: Warehouse Operations Executive – E-commerce Department:

Operations / Supply Chain

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Operations Executive who can manage end-to-end warehouse activities for e-commerce platforms including Amazon and Flipkart, with strong knowledge of EasyEcom inventory & order processing system. The candidate will be responsible for inventory control, order processing, dispatch management, returns handling, and coordination with courier partners & marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketplace Operations

- Manage daily orders from Amazon & Flipkart Seller Central.
- Ensure timely order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Monitor SLA adherence and avoid late shipment penalties.
- Handle returns, RTO, and replacement processing.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate stock levels in warehouse.
- Regular stock audits & reconciliation.
- Prevent stock mismatch, damages & shrinkage.
- Plan replenishment to avoid stock-out situations.

EasyEcom Process Handling

- Manage order sync & inventory sync in EasyEcom.
- Create invoices, labels & manifest.
- Bulk order processing & courier allocation.




- Monitor tracking updates & delivery reports.
- Generate sales & inventory reports.

Warehouse Operations

- Supervise packing team & dispatch team.
- Ensure proper barcode scanning & SKU management.
- Maintain FIFO / FEFO process.
- Coordinate with courier partners for pickups.
- Maintain cleanliness & safety standards.

Reporting & Compliance

- Prepare daily dispatch report.
- Weekly sales & stock movement report.
- Handle claim cases (lost/damaged shipments).
- Maintain GST invoice & documentation compliance.

Required Skills:

- Working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Working knowledge of Flipkart Seller Hub
- Strong experience in Easyecom
- Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot, basic formulas)
- Good coordination & team management skills
- Basic understanding of GST & e-commerce compliance

Qualification:

- Graduate (Any stream)
- 2–5 years experience in E-commerce warehouse operations

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹31,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
