Must-Have:

Strong Workday Recruiting expertise

10+ years of dedicated Workday Recruiting experience

Strong knowledge of Indian labor law and hiring norms

Experience facilitating requirements and design sessions

Ability to provide solution direction and expert guidance

Experience defining country-specific process deviations for India

Solid functional and solution architecture experience

Good to Have: Workday HCM

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners / Maximum 15 Days only

Pay: Up to ₹3,800,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
