- Set up, operate, and optimize SMT production lines for PCB assembly.
- Program and optimize Pick & Place machines for different PCB assemblies.
- Develop and optimize stencil and solder paste printing parameters.
- Monitor and optimize SPI, AOI, reflow oven, and placement processes.
- Solder bridging

- Voids and cold solder joints
- Develop and maintain SMT process parameters and work instructions.
- Conduct process capability studies and continuous improvement activities.
- Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and prototype builds.
- Review PCB/assembly data, BOM, Gerber files, component specifications, and manufacturing requirements.
- Work with PCB Design/Engineering teams to identify Design for Manufacturability (DFM) issues.
- Perform root-cause analysis using 5 Why, Fishbone, 8D, and other problem-solving techniques.
- Coordinate with Quality teams to reduce rejection, rework, and process defects

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
