Assistant Manager – Product Growth

About the Role

We are looking for a customer-facing Product Growth professional to drive adoption and commercial growth of StudioIP, our technology platform for creative services such as photography, video, design and animation.

This role sits at the intersection of Customer, Product, Growth and Sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and engage corporate and agency customers.
- Understand their creative-service requirements and identify opportunities for StudioIP.
- Conduct product presentations/demos and drive customer onboarding.
- Convert customer requirements into projects scoped and executed through StudioIP.
- Manage follow-ups and customer journey from first conversation to project execution.
- Work with Relationship Managers and the Product team to drive adoption.
- Track customer engagement, projects and commercial progress.





Ideal Candidate

- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, product growth or similar roles.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable presenting and explaining technology products.
- Commercially driven with strong follow-up skills.
- Comfortable working with CRM/data.
- Interested in AI, technology and creative services.

Preferred: Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplaces, creative/digital agencies, media, content or production businesses.

Note: This is not a pure digital marketing or cold-calling role. We are looking for someone who can understand customer requirements and convert them into actual product usage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
