Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager who specializes in Meta performance marketing and lead management operations. In this role, you will be responsible for scaling our paid acquisition on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), setting up automated or manual pipelines to assign leads to the sales team immediately, and maintaining flawless documentation of all campaign assets, lead logs, and performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities

- Meta Performance Marketing: Plan, build, and optimize end-to-end Meta ad campaigns (Facebook & Instagram). Manage daily budgets, audience targeting, A/B testing, and creative rotation to hit specific CPL (Cost Per Lead) and ROAS targets.
- Lead Assignment & Management: Own the lead routing pipeline. Ensure 100% of incoming leads from Meta forms, landing pages,



and website funnels are assigned to the sales team instantly based on specific distribution rules (round-robin, territory, etc.).
- Process Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation. This includes keeping structured sheets/notions of ad copies, creative assets, historical campaign performance logs, lead tracking sheets, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the sales-marketing handoff.
- CRM & Tool Integration: Oversee the integration between Meta Ads Manager, landing pages, and our CRM (or Google Sheets via Zapier/Make) to guarantee no leads are dropped or delayed.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor data hygiene. Create weekly and monthly reports mapping Meta ad spend directly to lead quality, sales touchpoints, and final conversions.

Pay: ₹14,401.01 - ₹25,000.00 per month
