About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Outlet Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of a Fardoons Bakery outlet. The ideal candidate should have strong team-handling, sales, customer-service, and operational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced bakery/restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete daily operations of the bakery outlet.
- Lead, supervise, and motivate the outlet team to achieve business targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Drive daily sales, upselling, and achievement of monthly revenue targets.
- Monitor billing, cash handling, POS operations, and daily sales reports.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, wastage, and product availability.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, production, delivery, and support teams.
- Ensure proper food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor staff attendance, grooming, discipline, and performance.
- Train employees on SOPs, customer service, product knowledge, and outlet procedures.
- Ensure proper opening and closing of the outlet.
- Maintain required records, reports,



and operational documentation.
- Control operational costs and minimize product and material wastage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and food-safety standards.
- Coordinate with the Restaurant/Operations Manager regarding outlet performance and requirements.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- 3–6 years of experience in Bakery, Café, Restaurant, QSR, or Food & Beverage operations.
- Strong experience in team handling and outlet management.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales, inventory, billing, and restaurant operations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Basic knowledge of POS and MS Office is preferred.
- Candidate should be ready to work with Fardoons Bakery.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
