- Make outbound calls to prospective customers, merchants, agents, and business partners.
- Introduce and explain the Company's products and services.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Generate qualified leads and maintain an updated lead database.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, or other approved communication channels.
- Maintain daily call records, lead status, follow-ups and conversion details.
- Maintain skilled communication and a positive customer experience.
- Provide regular reports to the reporting manager regarding calls, leads, follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to learn fintech products and processes quickly.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
