Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to handle maintenance activities in the Machine Shop. The candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC, VMC and Molding Machines, with strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance, breakdown troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC, VMC and Molding Machines.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical problems in machines and equipment.
- Perform maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and lubrication systems.
- Attend machine breakdowns and ensure minimum machine downtime.
- Conduct routine inspection of machines and identify potential failures.
- Execute Preventive Maintenance (PM) as per the maintenance schedule.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports and PM checklists.
- Coordinate with production teams for timely breakdown resolution.
- Identify recurring machine problems and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain critical spare parts and coordinate for spare requirements.
- Ensure proper implementation of 5S,



safety procedures and LOTO during maintenance activities.
- Support machine installation, commissioning and modification activities when required.
- Monitor machine performance and suggest improvements to reduce downtime.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in CNC & VMC machine maintenance.
- Experience in Molding Machine maintenance will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, pumps, motors, sensors and lubrication systems.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and machine manuals.
- Knowledge of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance.
- Good communication and team-handling skills.

Eligibility

- Qualification: ITI Fitter / Diploma Mechanical
- Experience: Minimum 3 Years in Machine Shop Maintenance
- Machine Experience: CNC, VMC & Molding Machines
- Location: As per company requirement

Preferred Candidate

Candidates from Automobile, Engineering, Machine Manufacturing or Manufacturing Industries with robust hands-on machine maintenance experience will be preferred.
