About

The Role IIM SKILLS is looking for a Quality Auditor Intern to support the monitoring and quality assessment of our Sales Team. The selected candidate will receive adequate training to understand our sales processes, team activities, communication standards, and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

● Monitor the daily activities and performance of individual members of the Sales Team.

● Track and review calling activity, number of dials, talk time, and overall calling performance.

● Monitor team activity throughout the working day and identify individuals with low or non-performing activity.

● Prepare and share hourly performance reports highlighting non-performing or underperforming team members with the management.

● Maintain accurate records of sales team activity and performance.

● Review team email responses to ensure they are appropriate, qualified, and aligned with company standards.

● Validate proper email format, structure, language, and response quality.

● Identify gaps in communication or process adherence and report them to the concerned management.





Training & Learning

The selected intern will be provided with the required training to understand:

● Sales team processes and workflows

● Calling and activity monitoring

● Performance tracking

● Quality auditing standards

● Email communication standards

● Internal reporting formats

● Identification of performance gaps

Candidate Requirements

● Ability to work with numbers, reports, and performance data.

● Comfortable working in a monitoring and reporting-oriented role.

● Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle internal team information professionally.
