We are looking for a Process Training Lead with robust US Banking domain knowledge and experience in training, OJT, assessments, certification, PKTs, coaching, and process transitions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct pre-process and process-specific training.
- Monitor OJT, conduct assessments and process certifications.
- Conduct monthly PKTs and provide coaching/feedback.
- Identify training needs due to process/system changes.
- Develop training content, process maps and maintain training records.
- Communicate with onsite clients for training and process transitions.

Required Banking Process Knowledge:

ACH Returns & Research, Commercial Banking, Consumer Loan Services, Financial Crimes Compliance, Financial Statement Spreading, Implementation Setup, Retail Lockbox and Wholesale Lockbox RPS.

Preferred: Strong knowledge of Retail, Commercial & Investment Banking and Wealth & Asset Management, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
