Role Overview

We are looking for a Video Editing & Creative Content Intern to create educational and promotional content for our social media platforms.

The initial workflow will primarily use screen recordings, images, graphics, AI-generated voice-over, and other digital assets. Professional camera shooting is not currently required.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form and long-form videos
- Create Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and educational videos
- Work with AI-generated voice-over
- Record and edit screen demonstrations
- Add subtitles, titles, transitions, images, and basic animations
- Create simple thumbnails and social media graphics
- Convert scripts and educational material into engaging videos
- Resize and adapt content for different social media platforms
- Maintain organized project files and media assets
- Coordinate with the content intern to produce scheduled content

Preferred Software

- Kdenlive
- Canva or GIMP
- OBS Studio
- Audacity

Knowledge of other video editing or graphic design software is also acceptable.

Preferred Skills





- Basic understanding of video editing
- Good visual sense
- Basic knowledge of social media video formats
- Ability to work with images, screen recordings, audio, and text
- Basic understanding of subtitles, transitions, and timing
- Interest in learning AI-assisted video production
