Role Overview

We are looking for a data-driven and business-focused professional to support the Rising Auction (RA) business through auction planning, performance analysis, process improvement, and AI-driven solutions.

The role combines Auction Planning, Business Analytics, Product/Process Analysis, and AI & Automation, working closely with Business, Merchandising, Inventory, Marketing, Product, Technology, and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and optimize daily/weekly Rising Auction schedules based on business targets, inventory, product mix, and customer demand.
- Analyze product, category, customer, and auction-slot performance to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
- Track key metrics including sales, margin, ASP, AOV, conversion, sell-through, customers, and auction participation.
- Develop reports, dashboards,



and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve revenue, margin, customer engagement, and repeat participation.
- Analyze customer feedback and auction journey to identify product and process improvements.
- Partner with Product and Technology teams on new features, platform improvements, and business requirements.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to improve reporting, analysis, forecasting, planning, and operational efficiency.
- Identify repetitive processes and recommend practical digital/AI solutions.
- Act as a bridge between the RA business team and Technology/Data teams.

Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
- Experience in business analytics, e-commerce, product analytics, business operations, or category/merchandising.
- Solid Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis skills.
- Experience with dashboards and large datasets; basic SQL is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce, customer journey, and digital platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Hands-on familiarity with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI tools.
- Interest in AI, automation, and emerging digital technologies.
- Basic understanding of Product/Technology concepts and Jira is an advantage.
