Job Descritpion of Performance Tester

5 to 8 Years of Relevant Experience

Required Skills & Experience

- 5+ years of professional experience, including a minimum of 3+ years working specifically with LoadRunner.
- Solid expertise in:
- LoadRunner script generation (Web and Mobile applications).
- Vugen analysis and log monitoring.
- Creating test data, compiling reports, and defining test scenarios in Load Controller.
- Parameterization and correlation.
- Identifying and analyzing system bottlenecks.

Good-to-Have

- LoadRunner API testing experience.
- Experience in mobile performance testing using LoadRunner.

Key Responsibilities





- Develop and maintain LoadRunner test scripts for both web and mobile applications.
- Prepare low-level design documents and create required test data.
- Collaborate closely with backend and UX teams to design and execute performance tests.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on system performance under load.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve system scalability and stability.
