HR Executive – Immediate Hiring

Shastika Global Impex Private Limited is seeking a result-oriented HR Executive to expand our customer base and business opportunities.

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Location: Erode, Tamil Nadu
Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates can apply

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced HR Executive to lead our human resources operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring a positive workplace workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Maintain HR policies and ensure legal compliance




- Oversee performance evaluation and training programs
- Manage employee records and HR documentation
- Develop strategies to improve employee engagement

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1–5 years of HR experience
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Ability to handle confidential information
