Position:- Sales Manager
Location:- Vadodara

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle Sales Support team and their performance.
- Generate and convert leads through various channels.
- Handle client meetings, negotiations, follow-ups, and closures.
- Monitor team performance and maintain regular sales reports.
- Manage site visits and support the team in closing deals.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.

Requirements:

- 6+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Proven experience in team handling and sales management.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, tele-calling, client handling, and deal closure.
- Candidates with experience in industrial plots / land / real estate projects will be preferred.
