We’re looking for a hands-on recruitment qualified who is ready to step into leadership.

You’ll continue to recruit, close and deliver yourself — while also mentoring recruiters, improving team performance and helping build a high-performing recruitment function.

The recruitment portfolio will be approximately 80% Non-IT and 20% IT hiring. You should be comfortable working across multiple industries, clients and a wide variety of roles, rather than being focused exclusively on IT recruitment.

You’ll work closely with the COO and get the opportunity to grow into a larger recruitment leadership role.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Own recruitment assignments from requirement to joining
- Source, screen, engage and close candidates across multiple industries
- Mentor and guide recruiters to improve performance
- Monitor pipelines, closures, joinings and recruiter performance
- Understand and manage client requirements
- Handle challenging requirements and recruitment bottlenecks
- Maintain recruitment discipline through Jobitus ATS, reporting and processes
- Help build and scale the recruitment team

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Strong hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Recruitment Agency / Staffing / RPO experience
- Experience handling multiple requirements / clients
- Experience mentoring, guiding or leading recruiters
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A genuine interest in building people and not just filling positions

Working Days: Monday–Saturday | 2nd & 4th Saturday Off

Timing: 09:30 AM – 06:30 PM

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
