Job Summary

Gradient Dreamz is looking for a strong communicator and student-focused Education Consultant who can handle both student counselling and application processing. The candidate should have valuable knowledge of at least one study-abroad destination and be comfortable managing students from counselling through application submission.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents on suitable countries, universities, courses, intakes, and admission requirements.
- Understand student profiles, academic background, career goals, and preferences to provide appropriate guidance.
- Manage applications across UCAS, Common App, and university-specific portals.
- Accurately complete application forms and verify all information before submission.
- Collect, review, organise, and upload documents including transcripts, SOPs, LORs, resumes, passports, and test scores.
- Prepare university shortlists and coordinate with students regarding application decisions.
- Track application deadlines, submissions, pending documents, offers, and admission requirements.
- Follow up with students and parents for documents, payments, clarifications, and other requirements.
- Monitor university portals and emails for application updates, document requests,



and offer conditions.
- Coordinate with universities and internal teams for application-related queries.
- Maintain accurate student records, CRM updates, and application trackers.
- Ensure applications are accurate, complete, and submitted within deadlines.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in overseas education, study-abroad counselling, admissions, or application processing.
- Strong spoken and written English communication and professional phone manners.
- Good knowledge of at least one study-abroad destination such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, or Ireland.
- Strong counselling, follow-up, and student/parent handling skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
- Familiarity with UCAS, Common App, or university application portals is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Docs, Drive, and MS Office.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Willingness to work in-office at C.G. Road, Ahmedabad.
