Hiring: Estate Manager / Farmhouse Manager

Location: Chattarpur, New Delhi
Salary: Up 15,00,000Lakh per year

We are looking for an experienced Estate Manager / Farmhouse Manager to manage the complete day-to-day operations of a 3-acre private farmhouse in Chattarpur.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete day-to-day operations and upkeep of the private farmhouse.
- Supervise and manage a team of 30–40+ staff.
- Handle housekeeping, gardening, horticulture, landscaping and general maintenance.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, water supply and other utility maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and service providers.
- Manage staff attendance, duties, discipline and performance.
- Ensure the farmhouse, gardens and residential areas are clean, secure and well-maintained.
- Ensure the property is ready for family visits, guests and events.
- Maintain staff, inventory, maintenance and vendor records.
- Handle all estate-related matters with complete confidentiality and discretion.

Candidate Requirements





- 8–15 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory: Strong experience in managing Private Farmhouses / Large Private Residences.
- Candidates with Farmhouse Manager / Estate Manager / Private Residence Manager experience will be strongly preferred.
- Experience managing 30–40+ staff is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge of general maintenance, gardening, horticulture, plumbing and electrical work.
- Strong staff, vendor and property management skills.
- Should be hands-on, responsible, mature, proactive and well-presented.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills,

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per month
