Job Summary

We are looking for a System Administrator to manage, maintain, and troubleshoot our organization's IT infrastructure. The candidate will be responsible for network administration, Microsoft 365, server management, domain and DNS management, SSL administration, and day-to-day IT infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT infrastructure management and strong troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Network Administration

- Manage and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, and access points.
- Configure and maintain network connectivity.
- Manage IP configurations and network settings.
- Monitor network speed, performance, and availability.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and access issues.
- Maintain basic network security and access controls.

Microsoft 365 Administration

- Administer the complete Microsoft 365 environment.
- Create and manage users, licenses, email accounts, and permissions.
- Manage Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 services.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 access and user-related issues.
- Maintain user accounts and security configurations.

Server Management

- Manage and maintain Windows and Linux servers.
- Perform server configuration, monitoring, updates, and maintenance.
- Troubleshoot server and system-related issues.
- Manage server backups and support data recovery.
- Monitor server performance and availability.

Domain and DNS Management

- Manage domains through GoDaddy, Hostinger, and Cloudflare.
- Configure and maintain DNS records.
- Manage domain settings and renewals.
- Troubleshoot DNS and domain-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation of domain and DNS configurations.

SSL Management





- Install and configure SSL certificates.
- Manage SSL certificates for local and hosted servers.
- Monitor certificate validity and perform timely renewals.
- Troubleshoot SSL and HTTPS-related issues.

Additional Skills / Good to Have

- Experience with biometric systems.
- Knowledge of network mapping and documentation.
- Server hosting administration experience.
- Basic knowledge of Wazuh or SIEM tools.
- Advanced firewall configuration and troubleshooting.
- Hostinger hosting administration.
- Basic understanding of IT security and infrastructure monitoring.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of networking concepts.
- Hands-on experience with network troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration.
- Knowledge of Windows/Linux server administration.
- Understanding of DNS, domains, IP configuration, and SSL.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple IT support activities.
- Good communication and documentation skills.

Qualification

Any relevant Degree/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Candidates with equivalent practical experience may also be considered.

Experience

1–2 years of relevant experience in System Administration, Network Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a related role.
