Location: Sanjan, Gujarat

Role Purpose:
To drive profitable manufacturing operations by ensuring customer satisfaction through on-time delivery, superior quality, cost optimization, automation, continuous improvement, people development, and a strong safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead overall plant production operations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Drive manufacturing excellence through process improvements, automation, and productivity enhancement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to quality standards and implement robust quality assurance systems for continuous improvement.

Build and strengthen a proactive safety culture while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and IMS standards (ISO 45001 & ISO 14001).

Monitor inventory accuracy, critical order execution, and project deliveries to achieve business objectives.

Drive cost reduction initiatives through lean manufacturing, process optimization, and productive resource utilization.

Develop and mentor production teams, build future leaders, and enhance workforce skills and engagement.

Manage fabrication, welding, powder coating,



and outsourced manufacturing operations.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production planning and execution.
