We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & PR Executive to manage and grow the company's social media presence, especially Instagram. The candidate will be responsible for planning content, maintaining social media accounts, improving engagement and helping strengthen the brand's online presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the company's Instagram, Facebook and other social media accounts.
- Plan, create and publish regular posts, stories and Reels.
- Identify trending content, formats and ideas to increase reach and engagement.
- Coordinate for photos/videos of projects, sites and company activities.
- Write basic captions, hashtags and social media copy.
- Monitor engagement, followers and overall social media growth.
- Maintain a basic content calendar.
- Support PR activities and brand promotion when required.
- Research competitors and suggest new ideas to improve online visibility.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing / PR.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media trends.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and video/Reel editing tools.
- Creative mindset with valuable communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage social media activities.
- Prior experience with an interior design, construction, architecture, real estate or lifestyle brand will be a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
