- Inventory Management:
- Receiving and Inspecting Goods: Checking incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, ensuring proper documentation.
- Maintaining Stock Levels: Monitoring stock levels, identifying when to restock, and organizing shelves and displays.
- Inventory Control: Keeping records of inventory, using inventory management systems, and ensuring proper storage and handling of goods.
- Log Inventory: Documenting inventory changes, including receipts, withdrawals, and adjustments.
- Organization and Storage:
- Organizing Storage Spaces: Ensuring efficient and safe storage of goods, using appropriate methods for care and preservation.
- Maintaining a Clean and Protected Environment: Keeping the store or warehouse neat, tidy, and safe according to regulations.
- Moving and Storing Goods:



Using forklifts or other equipment to move and store goods efficiently.
- Record Keeping and Documentation:
- Maintaining Accurate Records: Keeping detailed records of all transactions, including receipts, withdrawals, and adjustments.
- Preparing Reports: Generating reports on inventory levels, sales data, and other relevant information.
- Customer Service (where applicable):
- Providing Assistance: Helping customers find items, addressing inquiries, and resolving complaints.
- Other Duties:
- Supervising Staff: Overseeing other staff members, training them, and ensuring they follow procedures.
- Handling Returns: Processing returns and exchanges.
- Coordination with Other Departments: Working with other departments, such as sales and accounting, to ensure smooth operations.
