Salary

Salary Structure for Delivery Team:

* Basic Salary: 15,000

* Attendance Bonus: 1,000 (awarded if attendance criteria are met)

* Petrol Allowance: 4,000 (covers up to 60 km/day)(Rs 160/ working day)

* Total Monthly Salary: 20,000 (no deductions)

Attendance Bonus Policy:

1. Daily On-Time Arrival: Employees must clock in on time every scheduled working day to qualify for the attendance bonus.

2. Leave Coverage Option: If an employee needs to take a leave, they can maintain eligibility for the attendance bonus by covering their missed shift on a holiday or Sunday within the same month.

Salary on 8th of every month

Timing -

8 am to 5 pm

or

9 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
