Job Description – Billing & Estimation Engineer

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Billing & Estimation Engineer with 2–3 years of experience in civil construction/interior fit-out projects. The candidate will be responsible for estimation, quantity take-off, client billing, subcontractor billing, and cost tracking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare BOQ, estimates, rate analysis, and quantity take-offs.
- Prepare and submit client bills as per project progress.
- Verify subcontractor/vendor bills and measurements.
- Take site measurements and prepare MB (Measurement Book).
- Check drawings, specifications, and BOQ for billing requirements.
- Prepare material and cost estimates for projects.
- Track project quantities, costs, and variations.
- Coordinate with Site Engineers, Project Managers, Procurement, and Accounts.




- Maintain proper billing records and supporting documents.
- Assist in final billing, reconciliation, and project cost control.

Requirements:

- Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in Billing & Estimation.
- Valuable knowledge of BOQ, rate analysis, quantity surveying, and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Experience in civil construction/interior fit-out projects preferred.
- Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Preferred: Candidate willing to visit the site as required or for meetings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
