Amet Global is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Academic Counselor to guide students and professionals in choosing the right educational and career programs based on their goals and eligibility.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and working professionals regarding available courses and programs.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and conversions.
- Explain course structure, eligibility, duration, fees, and career opportunities.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students.
- Achieve assigned admission and counselling targets.
- Maintain accurate student records and counselling reports.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Academic Counselor / Education Counselor.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling, convincing, and follow-up abilities.
- Experience in Fire & Safety courses is highly preferred.




- Experience handling NIOS and Distance Education / Distance Degree programs is preferred.
- Candidates with experience in professional, vocational, or skill-development courses will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working with admission and counselling targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have prior experience counselling students for Fire & Safety, NIOS, Distance Education, or professional certification programs are strongly preferred.
