Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Executive

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle and manage Amazon Seller Account end-to-end.
- Manage Flipkart Seller Account and day-to-day marketplace operations.
- Manage and update Shopify store, including products, inventory, pricing, and orders.
- Manage Amazon & Flipkart Marketplace Ads from end to end.
- Create, monitor, and optimise advertising campaigns to improve sales and ROAS/ACOS.
- Perform keyword research, product targeting, bid optimization, and campaign analysis.
- Monitor marketplace sales, orders, inventory, pricing, and product performance.
- Manage product listings, titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and catalog updates.
- Handle order processing, cancellations, returns, refunds, and marketplace-related issues.
- Monitor account health, ratings, reviews, and seller performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on sales,



advertising performance, orders, and profitability.
- Identify opportunities to improve marketplace sales and overall store performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams for inventory, fulfilment, pricing, and product updates.

Required Skills:

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub
- Knowledge of Shopify
- Experience in Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations and e-commerce
- Positive knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage marketplace operations independently

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
